Terms of Sale

1. By submitting the order form, the Customer consents to the processing of their personal data under the terms set out in the privacy notice (read the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy) and accepts the following terms of sale.
2. For investment gold coins, the order must be confirmed by making payment on the same day and sending the payment receipt by email to [email protected] or via WhatsApp to +39 0323 502996. If the receipt is not sent, the order will not be considered confirmed.
3. Orders will be processed only if paid in advance.
4. The unavailability of one or more items does not cancel the order, which will be shipped in part, together with a refund for the missing items.
5. The coins are guaranteed authentic; any single item worth more than €300.00 will be certified under our professional seals. Goods are shipped by express courier (or by secure valuables transport), insured for the full value of the order, at our risk. Shipping costs.
6. Any complaints must be sent to us within ten days of receipt of the goods: we will refund any goods the Customer is not satisfied with, as described in the following point.

7. Right of withdrawal: under Legislative Decree no. 185/99, our customers have the right to withdraw within 10 days of receiving the goods. Withdrawal must be notified by registered letter with return receipt. The decision to withdraw from the contract may be communicated in advance by fax or email; in any case, a registered letter with return receipt must follow within two days.

   Within 10 days, the Customer must return the goods intact and in their original packaging. Shipping costs are borne by the Customer.

   The money will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the products.

   7.1 – For investment and bullion gold coins (Law no. 7/2000), as well as for gold medals and bars, and for silver sold by weight, the rules on the right of withdrawal provided for by the law on distance selling do not apply, as established by art. 67-duodecies, paragraph 5, letter a), of Legislative Decree 206/2005. Owing to the nature of the goods and the way their price is formed, this is a contract for goods whose price depends on market fluctuations which the seller cannot control and which may occur during the withdrawal period. The Parties acknowledge that the Consumer Code cited above excludes the right of withdrawal in such cases.

   7.2 – In any case, withdrawal is also excluded under art. 67-duodecies, paragraph 5, letter c), of Legislative Decree 206/2005, since by submitting and paying for the order the Customer expressly and knowingly requests the performance of the sales contract, which is to be considered performed for both Parties at that moment.

8. The Court of Verbania shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.
